The HD double-drum vibratory, articulated compactors from Hamm® are unmatched for maneuverability and utility. Hydrostatic drive to both drums with infinitely variable speed up to 9 mph, manual or automatic vibration mode, and choice of single or double-drum vibration are only the beginning.

On large HD Series machines, Hamm® provides a 3.5-inch offset to either the right or left side at the articulation joint, allowing the front or rear drum to be offset for increased rolling width, better maneuverability, and for joint "pinching" capability.

On smaller HD models the offset is 2 inches. The offset capability is teamed with three independent braking systems with an emergency stop button. A pressurized water system with time pulse mode allows the operator to efficiently use water through the work day.

Dual spring-applied scrapers will be found on front and rear drums. A wide open and easily accessible operator platform with a deluxe, adjustable operator seat mounted on rubber isolators provides hours of operator productivity. Two multi-functional drive levers to control speed, direction and vibration.
