At San Jose, Costa Rica, took place the inauguration of " X Congress of Hydric Resources and Ambiental Cleaning”, on 1, 2 and 3 of September of the 2010. Resansil S.A. participated with PANOLIN, a line of products (in its majority Biodegradable) that are part of their new portfolio of businesses.

This congress whose motto was "Enviroment and technologies of outpost: challenge of the 21st century ", that was organized by the Costa Rican Association of Hydric Resources and Enviromental Cleaning (ACREH), with the objective of facilitate the interchange of experiences and knowledge on the present state and the tendencies of development of the sanitary engineering, hydraulic and environmental.

Similarly, it had the intention of contribute to the improvement of the sanitary and environmental conditions that prevail in the area with the purpose of identify the profits, limitations and facilities that take part in the sustainable development and the quality of life of their inhabitants.

In this congress participated diverse institutions like Aqueducts and Sewage systems (AyA), Enviromental, Energy and Telecomuniction Ministry (MINAET), Pan-American Organization of Health, National University (UNA), Federated School of Engineers and Architects (CFIA), among others.
