At low speeds, the mill of vertical crushing Hartl Powercrusher is appropriate for the cubing of gravillas crushed - for example after the conical crushing machines - or at high speeds for the river sand production. According to the motorization, yields of passage until 200/h are possible.
Until a size of feeding of 0/45 mm, the grain to crush is accelerated by means of the rotor and is sent to the camera of crushing filled with a wadding of materials. The crushing of the material takes place "stone on stone". Thanks to that principle of crushing for the highly abrasive materials, the mill of vertical crushing is an optimal system of crushing as far as the costs and guarantees an absolutely cubical final material.

The Hartl vertical shaft impactor works with a low rpm to produce cubical material - for example as a shaper after a cone crusher or when set on a higher rpm for the production of high quality sand. Depending on motor rpm, the production outputs can reach up to 200 t/h. This crushing principle makes the VSI a cost effective choice of machine when dealing with highly abrassive materials and guarantees perfectly cubical end products.
