MMX stands for Mobile Mixing excellence and represents in Roman Numerals the year 2010, which is the year in which SIMEM has officially launched the state of the art of the super mobile batch processing plants, all over the world. SIMEM acquired two industrial property patents related to the movement mechanism of the blender and the hood flaps of the chassis, clearly establishing the innovation in the MMX.

Thanks to these inventions, concrete and concrete mixing plants can ensure an hourly production capacity of 130 cubic meters of high-quality concrete and have a structure that allows easy transport with generic vehicles.

The aggregate module only needs a vehicle to be transported as hopper walls and containment walls for the collapse of the ramp in the aggregate module.

The mixing and dosing module is transported as a unit thanks to the patented movement.

The added section is expandable by adding additional modules and changing the tape conveyor.

Head: this allows adding the available hoppers and therefore the type of aggregates. With respect to the storage capacity of the aggregates, the configuration of the 4 aggregates can easily change from the basic configuration of 80 m3 to 160 m3.

The MMX 5000 plant is equipped with a two-shaft mixer that produces 3.33 m3 of compacted concrete per batch and 130 m3 per hour in 40 cycles. The lot size of 3.33 m3 allows the filling of mixer trucks of 10 m3 in only 3 lots.

The characteristics of the Artik version are Insulation up to 80 mm heating for water, mixing and indoor spaces mobile covers for aggregate service containers connected to the plant by means of closed and insulated passages.
